Part of the import process qualifies what it wants to import and whether or not it is allowed or will impact the ability to connect to the MSE server. Isn't there a way to find this information from my Time Machine backups and import them into Outlook? Arshad's advice was way off the mark. It's not you. It's the bad advice you got. All you have to do is restore your most recently backed up Microsoft User Data folder in your Documents Folder (while Outlook is not running). When you open Outlook you'll be prompted to rebuild the database, which you should do. Then everything should be exactly as it was from your backup.
